About the event

A deep soul spa mini-retreat! Join us on a transformative healing journey with a Light and Sound Immersion. This unique experience harnesses the power of light and sound to heal your energetic field, leading to repair and renewal in your mind, body, and spirit. Experience the calming effects of deep trance meditation and activate your pineal gland to receive higher wisdom.

With an intimate group of just seven participants, we will open by creating sacred space and setting an intention for what we are releasing to the light and what we are inviting in. A short guided meditation will flow into a deep journey of light and sound using specialized pulsing light technology, gongs, singing bowls, and soothing music. With the sounds in your ears and a kaleidoscope of colors and patterns coming alive behind your closed eyes, you will travel beyond time and space to receive what is in your highest good - be that healing, inspiration, higher self insight, or some other blessing. You'll be brought back to the present moment and invited to share your experience. We'll close with oracle cards.

Carolyn Brouillard is the creator of Rising Light. She is an integrated wellness specialist offering transformational coaching, psychedelic light therapy, and sound healing to support change-seekers in creating a life they love.
